An independent board provides strategic oversight and approves our policies, budgets and annual reports. Day-to-day delivery is led by the management team, with programme, finance, procurement, human resources and monitoring & evaluation functions each accountable for their own controls.
We operate documented safeguarding, financial control, procurement and data protection policies, and results are tracked against indicators and reported to partners and communities.
